This dinner is a 10/10 & takes about 10 minutes. Shrimp Scampi is quite possibly the quickest entrée I make & the kids LOVE it. Be sure to get fresh, raw shrimp. Ask for “peeled and deveined” to save on time AND if (I’m being real) shrimp guts totally gross be out so that’s a hard pass for me.

If I could only have one Christmas cookie for all of time…this would be it! Grandma’s Italian Cookies are simple enough for even the baker haters! These take me right back to days of yore. These simple cookies have been around for generations and truly stand the test of time. Pillowy soft and not super sweet, they are great any time of day but I love them most with coffee!

Happy World Series!!! We made our game day dinner LIVE! Since my husband is from Boston & his family is visiting we had to have New England Clam Chowder.

The pizza life chose me!! My parents joined me LIVE in my crazy kitchen & it was pretty much the best thing ever.
