Deviled Egg Tasting Board

Maria’s (Mayo-Free) Deviled Eggs

6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled & halved

3 Tablespoons sour cream

1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish (or more!)

1 Tablespoon hot sauce

Salt, pepper and paprika, to taste.

Remove yolks from egg halves and place in a bowl.

Add in sour cream & mix until desired consistency.

Fold in the remaining ingredients.

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

Finish with a light sprinkle of paprika.

Fresh dill & chives, finely chopped

Crispy bacon, crumbled

Fresh jalapeños, finely chopped

Cherry tomatoes, diced

Black olives, minced

Cornichons, finely diced
